Description of the accommodation

Apartments Villa Medulin consist of 2 apartments:
Apartments Ivan is located in a quiet side street close to downtown, comfortable and cozy. Ideal for a quiet family holiday. Apartment includes: 3 rooms (therefrom 2 bedrooms), 5 persons.
Apartments Nina have 3 rooms (therefrom 2 bedrooms). Entrance on the 1st floor, through the internal stairs into the corridor with doors to all rooms. Living/bedroom with 1 additional bed on the couch/sofa, tv and access to the terrace (roofed, garden furniture).
Our family is giving warmly welcoming to our guests for more than 30 years. We speak german, english and italian language. The holiday apartment is surrounded by 800 sqm large, open garden property with trees, flowers and bushes. Your host lives in the house.

Airconditioning costs: 5 EUR per night

Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Vacasol will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property’s details, including the address and where to pick up the keys, will be sent to you by email.

A security deposit of EUR 100 is required upon arrival for incidental charges. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
